Passionate about creating thriving communities, Alex supports Harrington Homes’ growth with expertise in land acquisition, urban regeneration and customer-focused design.

Gareth Hughes, founder of Harrington Homes, brings 20+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Known for his focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability, Gareth is a passionate leader committed to creating lasting communities and driving positive change through thoughtful, eco-conscious development.

Sam

Sam is a seasoned real estate solicitor with 20+ years’ experience in development and finance. As a non-executive director, he combines legal expertise with strategic insight, supporting business growth and mitigating risk with clear, practical advice and a strong commitment to integrity and professionalism.

Lianne

Lianne

As Group Financial Controller, Lianne oversees all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management. She brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has extensive knowledge in various sectors such as oil & gas, retail, insurance and lending.

Nick

Nick leads the commercial and contractual activities at Harrington Homes, bringing over 30 years of construction industry experience, Chartered Member status, and a Law Degree.

Jack, Head of Technical, is a RIBA-qualified architect with extensive experience in design and spatial planning. He leads a team in delivering projects across the south west, ensuring innovative and high-quality outcomes.

Nathan

Nathan

Nathan is a Chartered Head of Construction with extensive experience delivering complex projects across various sectors in the SW of England and is renowned for award-winning schemes.

Abbi

Abbi

Abbi, Head of Sales, has progressed from front-of-house roles to managing the SW region. She excels in customer satisfaction and motivates her team to exceed expectations and targets. She is recognised as a member of the Institute of Sales Professionals.
